Abstract

The X. campestrisd genome was extracted and UDPGD gene was cloned and gained via PCR. The UDPGD expression plasmid was cloned and constructed and the enzyme was expressed in some E. coli strains. The UDPGD recombinant plasmid was successfully transformed into X. campestris, and some characteristics of that strain was explained by the process of transformation. The result was discussed in comparison with literature.
