As a unique capacity that the human being has in ideology and practice, theoretical innovation in philosophy is a higher form of man’s subjective initiative, which refers to a new innovation in techniques, approach and practice on the basis of ideological innovation in modern philosophy. Under the guidance of theories and principles, developing college students’ innovation in ideology and practice is a great task in building a well-off society in an all-round way and training a new generation with all-round development.
