Abstract
AbstrcatA mutant strain H26 producing alkaline protease was obtained from the initial strain Bacillus licheniformis XP2,treated with ~60Co,NTG and repeated heating. This mutant strain showed good genetic stability in the procedure of continual inoculation and preservation. This strain can produce 32000u/ml alkaline protease. Compared with that of the initial strain, the enzyme productivity of the strain H26 has increased by 68% on the industrial production scale.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
