Abstract

Why did peope found the imperial examination system in ancient Chinese political environment?How much did the imperial examination system have effect on ancient Chinese politics?Although some influences were not expected by the originators and innovators of the imperial examination.In a way,there are two sides combined in the same problem.This thesis begins with the characteristic of the imperial examination system,analyzes the origiation of the imperial examination system,and expounds the imperial examination system's great in fluence on ancient Chinese politics in the past more than l,300 years.
