Abstract

With the rapid development of distributed computing, middleware has become very important in software development. The way to develop powerful, feasible, simple and easily used middleware has become the research focus. In this paper, we proposed the approach of middleware development based on user defined protocol, and analyzed the primary thought, main characteristic and fundamental system structure of the method. Presently, this method has been applied to Xinjiang Cotton Trading System successfully.
