Abstract

A socialist harmonious society is characterized by a highly-developed political civilization. The development of socialist political civilization can enssure the construction of a harmonious society. Efforts should be made to put forward the construction of political civilization in accordance with the essential requirements for a socialist harmonious society and the basic laws in developing political civilization.
