Humanistic Management and System Management

Nowadays with the transition from industrialized society into highly developed informational one, the objectives of business operations and management are also towards diversity. While seeking economic profits, corporations are also emphasizing the individual development of the staff. Therefore, humanistic management is acknowledged as a positive management method by theoretical and business circles. Like any management method, humanistic management has its own limits, too, which are apparent. However, system plays a role in regulation, discipline and justice. From a humanistic perspective, humanistic management and system management should be integrated together.
