Abstract
Multiplexer and Demultiplexer,which improve the efficiency of the communication system,are a very important part in modern communication networks.In order to implement the multiplexing and demultiplexing on three channels of asynchronous data and one channel of synchronous data,the TDM is employed to design it based on the FPGA,which is the first time to our knowledge.Compared with the traditional methods,this method enhances the speed of multiplexing and demultiplexing and reduces the power consumption.The device shows it is good performances.
