A Study over Problems on Law Procedure of Death Penalty

Abstract
There are lots of deficiencies in safeguarding legal procedures for prisoners sentenced to death in the matters of system of advocacy, procedure of second instance and proceedings for revision to the legislation and judicial practice in our country. It is suggested in this article that to perfect the law procedure of death penalty, we should implement compulsory appeal system, devise sound proceedings for revision of death penalty, improve the evidence system and proof standard in capital cases, offer the most satisfying legal relief to prisoners sentenced to death before carrying out death penalty and perfect the enforcement process of death penalty.
