Abstract
To build the working device's model of mine loader in ADAMS for dynamic analysis, then get loads of all hinge point on the moving arm.Using finite element analysis module in CATIA software to analyse the moving arm of the wheel loader, obtaining the Von Mises stress chart for the moving arm, finding out the risk points of the moving arm and optimizing the dimensions, which made a more reasonable force situation of the moving arm to improve the whole performance of working device.
