Abstract
Objective: Observation the effect of ondansetron compound tramadol to preventing nausea and vomiting and shivering during cesarean section.Methods: 150 pregnant patient were randomly averages divided into 3 groups: group A,group B and group C.A group intravenous infusion of ondansetron 0.1mg / kg + tramadol 1mg / kg before the operation,B group intravenous infusion of tramadol 1mg / kg before the operation,C group was the control group.Intraoperative monitoring of ECG,NIBP,HR,SPO2 etc.Results: A,B two group chills incidence lower than the C group(P0.05);Group A nausea and vomiting is lower than B,C two group(P0.05).Conclusion: The exact effect of ondansetron compound tramadol preventing nausea and vomiting and shivering during cesarean section,worthy of clinical application.
