Abstract
A novel method for the determination of six heavy metals elements(Pb,Cd,As,Tl,Cr and V)in rice by ICP-MS with microwave digestion was established.Analytical conditions were investigated and optimized.115 In,209Bi and 45 Sc were selected as the internal standard elements to effectively overcome the matrix effects and instrument fluctuations.Under the optimized conditions, the detection limits were in the range of 0.067~27.5ng/L with the correlation coefficients over 0.999 for the calibration curve. The method was tested using national plant standard substance and the results are in good agreement with the recommended values.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
