Study on Establishing Public Financial System in Our Country

Public finance, a management mode of natinal finance, came into being under the condition of the market economy, which is by nature different from th national finance in the planned economy, and from the public demand finance. Dealing well with the relations between reference and comprehension from other kinds of national finance, between government and market; stressing the public finance in terms of public service; stimulating the principle of legal system comprehensively——all of these measures is required to establish the public financial system with the distinctiveChinese features.
