Abstract
With the entry in to the WTO, especially the development of globalized economy and the rising of multinational management, enterprises increasingly realize that it is necessary and urgent to boost up the ability of competition by information management. As an important index to assess enterprises' ability of competition, how to optimize the cost index is the key in modern enterprise cost management.
