Effect of ligustrazine on blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in patients with cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of ligustrazine on blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods One hundred and ten patients with ACI were randomly divided into observation group and control group,55 cases in each group.The control group was performed with conventional treatment,and the ligustrazine injection was used additionally on the basis of conventional treatment in observation group.Blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index were observed pre-and post-treatment in two groups.Results There was significant difference in blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in two groups between pre-treatment and post-treatment(P0.05),the improved degree was far better in observation group than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Ligustrazine can markedly decrease the blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in patients with ACI.
