Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of clinical treatment of the traumatic avulsed anterior teeth.Methods Comparatively analysed clinical outcomes and different treatments of 389 teeth which belong to different kinds of dislocaton.Results The total treatment rate of the avulsed teeth by root canal therapy was 60.2%,59.8% of the partial avulsed teeth and 76.1% of the complete avulsed teeth.The root absorption of the avulsed teeth was 51.7%,before root canal therapy was 38.6%,and after root canal therapy was 13.1%.Conclusion Root canal therapy is an omportant method to treat the avulsed an terior teeth,and early root canal therapy can prevent or reduce root absorption of the avulsed teeth.
