Abstract
The equal incremental principle for hydro and thermal scheduling is derived,the physical meaning and influencing factors of attached modulus are analyzed.The influence on hydraulic stations daily optimal operation of upstream water level fluctuation and flow time-delay are analyzed,and calculation method which is used for hydropower stations daily optimal operation considering upstream water level fluctuation and flow time-delay is proposed.
