Establishment and Study of A Health Management Mode Based on the Collaborative Construction by Health Insurance Company and Community Health Service Institutions

Health management is considered to be the most effective medical investment mode to control the excessive growth of medical cost.But this kind of mode is still at an initial stage in China.A new health management mode is proposed based on the collaborative construction by health insurance company and community health service institutions after analysis of the present situations of health management,health insurance company and community health service institutions in China.And the feasibility of practicing this mode is also discussed in this paper.The discussion of this mode has an important significance in promoting the development of health management and improving the health level of the whole people.
