Abstract
In modern communication systems,storage battery is the last security barrier of the DC Power Supply System.The quality of storage battery and power supply affect the stable operation of the entire communication system directly.The Battery internal resistance measurement is the major parameters for evaluating battery`s quality.This paper specifically introduces the general principles for measuring the battery resistance by AC testing methods,and according to the defects of this method,presents a new method of using direct sampling phase shifting method to measure the battery internal resistance and realize this function with the hardware circuit.
