Abstract
The state-owned economy has an irreplaceable position and role in building socialism with Chinese characteristics and enhancing China's international competitiveness.In the new historical period,we must further promote the strategic adjustment of the state-owned economy and the reform of state-owned enterprise,further improve the state-owned assets management system,transform economic development model,let the state-owned enterprises truly play their unique roles.
