Progress of Research on White Rot Fungi Degradating Lignin

White rot fungi is a kind of basidiomycetous which can selectively degradate lignin.For it has lignin degradation enzymes which can degergate complicated organic pollutants,the research on it has become a hot topic domestically and abroad.This paper reviewed the degradation mechanism of lignin,lignin degrading enzyme system and its application in every trade.Meanwhile the development prospect of white rot fungi was predicted.
