Abstract

Objective To compare the effects of ketamine,midazolam,fentanyl total intravenous combined anesthesia and propofol,midazolam,remifentanil total intravenous combined anesthesia used in tonsillectomy.Methods Sixty patients undergoing tonsillectomy with ASAⅠ-Ⅱ and 3-9 years old were randomly divided into katamine,midazolam,fentanyl group(A group,30 patients) and propofol,midazolam,remifentanil group(B group,30 patients).To observe HR,BP during operation,post-operation and the AAO extubation time,adverse reaction in two groups.Results HR during operation in A group was faster than that in B group(P0.05),HR at extubation time in A group was also faster than that in B group(P0.01),the AAO extubation time was obviously longer than B group and the adverse reaction post-operation was more than B group.Conclusion When propofol,midazolam,remifentanil combined total intravenous anesthesia used in child tonsillectomy,HR during and post operation is slower,the AAO extubation time is shorter and the adverse reaction is fewer.
