Abstract
Activated carbon was prepared using lignin from pulping with phosphoric acid by carbonization and activation, the parameters were optimized. The activated carbon's Absorption competence of methylene blue was 8.6mL/0.lg after the three factors are optimized: activated temperature 500℃,reagent ratio4.5∶ l,activated time 10min,and the yield of activated carbon was 31.25%.Finally the properties of activated carbon were characterized, including structure and property of surface, elemental composition, specific surface area and pore size distribution.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
