Abstract
The mediation of the administrative verdict lawsuit is based on the law and theory.As for the procedure,it needs to limit the accurate scope of administrative improper which can be mediated,solve the question how the mediation does when the third person not participated and the question how to make the mediation paper and so on.The rule is meaningful.
