Talking about the Real Right Property of Shipping Priority

Abstract

Shipping priority is neither an obligatory right,nor a procedural right, but a real right. Shipping priority is in line with the concept of real right and has the property of absoluteness and exclusivity. It is in accordance with the legal principle of real right law, the principle of one item and one right as well as the principle of publicity and credibility.
