RESEARCH ON THE FUNCTION OF SIMPLE ARTHROSCOPIC IMAGING SYSTEM IN IMPROVING LEARNERS′ ABILITY OF ARTHROSCOPY

Objective To explore the function of the simple arthroscopic imaging system(SAIS) for improving the learner′s arthroscopy ability of knee examination. Methods 6 doctors who had not the knee arthroscopy practice were evaluated the ability of examination of knee using arthroscopy,then the SAIS and the knee model were used until the examination can be completed in the knee model,finally once more knee arthroscopy capacity evaluation were made,the two evaluation results to be conduct statistical analysis. Results before using SAIS,knee arthroscopy ability test scores averaged 3.7,through using of SAIS to exercise,the knee arthroscopy ability test scored increased to an average of 6.2,according to the statistical analysis,p0.001. Conclusion SAIS can effectively improve the ability of beginners in knee arthroscopy.
