Abstract

Feng Yan was a scholar with political strategists’ making in the Eastern Han Dynasty.He had been a general who commanded the troops.As far as the literary achierement is concerned,Feng Yan is not as good as BanGu and Zhang Heng,but he made a great contribution to changing the style of writing.The article attempts to sum up and appraise the theme and style of Feng Yan’s works in order that people can understand Feng Yan.
