Abstract
The co-construction and sharing of information resource,which are the prominent features of digital library, are the future development direction of the library. Realizing the co-construction and sharing of the resources of digital library needs not only a lot of money and advanced technical equipment,but also related management institutions and rules and regulations,as well as the combination of social and economical development features of all regions. This paper expounds the connotations of co-construction and sharing of the resources of basic-level digital library,analyzes some problems existing in the co-construction and sharing of the resources of basic-level digital library,and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
