On Institutional Innovation during New Industrialization Course in China

Abstract

Institutional innovation must deal well with four relations: the relation among government,market and enterprise,the relation between institutional innovation and institutional import,the relation between all institutions,the relation between imposed institutional innovation and induced institutional innovation during new industrialization course in China.We must expedite it from seven aspects.
