Abstract
Through compared experiments on the nitrite and nitrate denitrification,the result that,as an electronic acceptor,the consumption of reaction speed in nitrite is faster than in nitrate as an electronic receptor is achieved.A conclusion that nitrite denitrifying bacteria can adapt to the low-temperature,such as phosphorus,is drawn afterwards.Experiments also show that the best temperature of nitrate denitrification is around 28 ℃,and the best temperature of nitrite denitrification is around 30 ℃.
