On Small Hydropower Development Management

Abstract
The main factors that affect and restrict the sustainable development of small hydropower in China are analyzed from internal and external environment in the view of the small hydropower development history.According to the analysis,some solution measures for the small hydropower development in China are suggested,including the construction of perfect management mechanism and reasonable cost system,paying enough attention to the research and development of hydropower equipment and environment protection as well.
