Abstract

Medical risk is uncertain and harmful accident,which exists in medical practice objectively,and has disadvantageous effect on patient,hospital and development of medicine.There are many complicated factors in the emergence of medical risk.We should take some measures to prevent medical risk:improving medical technology,strengthening education of risk;enforcing medical liability insurance,etc.
