Abstract

In Song Dynasty people held two different ideas on Goddess of Wu Mountain and Song Yu's description of it.One is that Song Yu's description sullied Goddess's image, and the other is that the tarnish was made by the later generation and had nothing to do with Song Yu.We think that the second view is the correct and objective critics on this matter.
