Abstract

With the Marxist economics concept of fictitious capital,from the perspective of market economy,the paper generalizes the forms of fictitious capital,fictitious capital movement and the relationship between fictitious capital movement and physical capital movement.It also discusses fictitious capital in China's market economy in the transitional period,and the relationship between the fictitious capital movement and the physical capital movement as well as their economic influence.
