The Experience of Diagnosis and Surgical Treatment about 120 Cases with Thyroid Nodule

Objective To discuss the clinical diagnosis and experience about thyroid nodule.Method Retrospective analysis from March 2005 to December 2009 Xiajin People's Hospital treated 120 cases of thyroid nodules in patients with clinical data.Results Thyroid nodule diagnosis of thyroid tumors after the fi rst place,followed by nodular goiter,thyroid cancer ranks No.3.All cases were taken under the preoperative diagnosis of different areas of surgery.Conclusion The diagnosis of thyroid nodules should pay attention to detailed history and physical examination,and laboratory examinations as necessary to clear the nature of nodules,by their nature select the appropriate surgical approach.
