Abstract

Objective:To investigate the risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with urinary tract infection and pathogen.Method:The patients were observed and 176 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with urinary tract infection in 176 cases of clinically diagnosed type 2 diabetic non urinary tract infection patients, with or without concurrent other complications, and compared between the two groups of fasting blood glucose,24 hours urine protein,BUN,Cr results, and the type 2 diabetes combined with urinary infection pathogens were retrospectively analyzed.Result:The risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with urinary tract infection factors including 176 cases of long duration, complications, blood glucose concentration was high. The urine protein,BUN,Cr,and other factors, the detection of pathogens were Escherichia coli(61.9%),followed by Staphylococcus epidermidis(10.8%),checked out Klebsiella pneumonia(8.0%),Candida albicans(5.7%),Proteus(5.1%),Bauman Acinetobacter(2.8%),Enterobacter cloacae(2.3%),Staphylococcus aureus(1.7%),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(2.3%),Streptococcus faecalis(2.3%),the ratio was not high, but also can not be ignored. Conclusion:Understanding the risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with urinary tract infection and type specific pathogens can provide reasonable basis for the clinical early treatment, prevention is more effective in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus urinary tract infection, improve the survival rate and the quality of life.
