Cultural construction:top priority in the social development of a socialist state——On the contemporary significance of Lenin's thought on cultural construction

Since the victory of the October Revolution,it was one of the key issues that Lenin had ruminated over to consolidate the newborn socialist regime and build Russia into a complete socialist state.Lenin believed that in order to fortify the socialist system,boost economic growth and promote political reform,the state must enhance socialist cultural construction and give it top priority over all other construction tasks.Today,the study of and the research on Lenin's thought on cultural construction is still of great significance in our endeavor to accelerate the construction of a socialist cultural powerful state and drive social development in an all-round way.
