Study of Great Drought Causes in Yunnan Province Based on Water Resources Carrying Capacity

Abstract

Based on relative statistical data,the method of principal components analysis is applied to evaluate water resources carrying capacity of cities in Yunnan Province.And then the causes of great drought are analyzed.Finally,some feasible measures and suggestions are proposed to solve the problem of water resources utilization in Yunnan Province.
