Abstract
Based on the new problems of water financial management system after practicing centralized treasure payment,some countermeasures were proposed by means of the field investigation of the relevant departments in Hubei Province,that is,strengthening the financial supervision of water conservancy departments, establishing the mechanism of information collaboration of water financial management,practicing the system and policy innovation,promoting the financial management team,improving the internal auditing mechanism and raising the utilization efficiency of water conservancy fund.
