Abstract
Splint is one of useful therapy methods of temporomandibular joint disorcler(TMD). Because of its effective and reversible characteristic, it is wildly used on clinical therapy of TMD. Every kind of splint has its own indication and characteristic. This article talked about characteristics, effectiveness and indications of the two special kinds of splints, and compared with some traditional splints.
