Abstract

The influences of reaction temperature, pressure, and space velocity of raw material on the synthesis of dimethyl ether from syngas in slurry bed are studied. The results show that within the temperature range of 245~300℃, the conversion rate of CO, the selectivity of dimethyl ether, and the yield of unit time and volume increase along with the temperature increasing first, then reach the maximum values at 265℃ and decrease; within the pressure range of 3.0~5.0MPa, the conversion rate of CO, the selectivity of dimethyl ether, and the yield of unit time and volume increase along with the pressure increasing; within the space velocity range of 700~2500h -1 , the conversion rate of CO and the selectivity of dimethyl ether decrease along with the space velocity increasing, and the suitable space velocity is 1200 h -1 .
