Research on the Public Policy Implementation by Network

The policy implementation by network,as a new mode,is beneficial to coordinate the national,governmental and social relationship,which needs the government to enlarge the executive subjectivity of public policies,choose rationally the executive tools and design the effective network of policy implementation.And the government is supposed to cultivate the social capital,change the conception of policy implementation,create the culture for policy implementation,and enhance the proficiency of policy implementation by network.
