Diagnosis and Treatment for the concealed penis in children

Objective To explore the etiology pathology and surgical approaches to concealed penis in children.Mechods 25 cases of concealed penis were treated by the combination of Shiraki posthioplasty and Devine concealed penis orthetics.The keys to operation and therapeutic effects were summarized and analyzed.Results 22 cases received follow-up surveys.6 months to 2 years of follow-up surveys showed that all the children had the balanus and penis body exposed completely.The treatment results were satisfactory.Conclusion The diagnosis and treatment must obey the etiology and pathology.The keys to operation are enlarging and correcting preputial mouth,relaxing all the fibrous fascia affecting the penis body,and fixing the skin of penis root.
