Abstract

Pine wilt disease caused by pine wood nematode is the most serious forest disease in the world, which induces rapid wilt of pine. It have brought great damage to forest resources, (?) landscape and ecological environment in our country. Some studies showed that dispersal of pin. wood nematode inside pine trees and its changes to host cells and histopathology were related a pathogenicity of pine.
