Abstract
The antioxidant activity of synthetic sesamol for peanut oil and lard was invetigated by camparing that with PG(Proply Gallate) and BHT(Butylated Hydroxy Toluene).The results showed that synthetic sesamol have shown a very good antioxidant activity on peanut oil and lard,and its antioxidant activity was between BHT and PG.
