Abstract
Extracting conditions of flavonoids from cactus by microwave was studied in this paper. At first, the suitable levels of microwave power, extracting time, ratio of material to solvent and ethanol concentration were determined using one-factor experiment, and then orthogonal design was used to optimize the extracting condition. The results showed that the optimum conditions were power 320 W, time 2.5 min, ratio of solvent to material 35∶1 and 95% ethanol. By these conditions, the yields of flavonoids was 0.837%.
