Abstract
Chinese collegial culture is affected by the western collegial culture,which leads us to have a soul-searching on the cultural orientation and development in Chinese universities.The people at Chinese universities have been devoting themselves to rebuilding the Chinese culture under the historical background with strong western cultural influence.On the foundations of animadverting and distinguishing,they transmit Chinese civilization and enhance national ethos.
