On BiCMOS Wired Logic Circuits Used for Multiple I/O System

Abstract
To satisfy the requirements of high performance modern digital information system, some BiCMOS wired logic circuits have been designed. Some parameters of the logic circuits using the technology for making them with advanced 0.5 mm BiCMOS process are discussed. The logic circuits work down to sub-3.3V, not only to confirm the low power dissipation and high integrity of CMOS part, but also to have the advantages of high speed and large driving ability of bipolar devices. There the logic circuits is suitable for high-speed digital information system and multiple I/O channel.
