Abstract
The bioconversion conditions for the production of phenyllactic acid with resting cells were studied.After determine the bacterium age of the resting cell, through Plackett-Burrman design, six process factors affecting bioconversion of phenyllactic acid were evaluated and three factors were picked out as prominent factors, including the resting cell concentration, the substrate concentration and bioconversion temperature, and through Box-Behnken design, the optimum combination was obtained by response surface analysis and ridge analysis.Experiment results indicated that when the bioconversion conditions were the resting cell concentration 9.9%, the substrate concentration 3.72g/L, bioconversion temperature 33.4℃, the yield of phenyllactic acid was maximum which predicted value was 2.82g/L and verified value was 2.88g/L.
