Abstract
This paper described the concepts of sustained - release preparations and controlled release preparations, and explained the release mechanism and structure of sustained-release preparations and controlled release preparations. The clinical application of analgesic sustained-release preparations and controlled release preparations were reviewed, including oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets, morphine controlled-release tablets,tramadol hydrochloride sustained release tablets and durogesic.
